My in-laws live in the Philadelphia area and I am always looking for places to BYO when I visit the area. Recently someone told me about a site called WineLovers.net that will help you find restaurants that are wine friendly and permit BYO. If you don't already know about it, you should check it out.

They even have a link to this site.

Din,

Sunny Garden in Princeton, NJ has excellent, somewhat modernized, Chinese cuisine and has, I believe, free corkage (or, at least, a low corkage fee). My cousins live outside Philly (in Bucks County) and we eat there every time we visit. Frankly, I think the food is as good as at any Chinese restaurant in DC. (Mei Wah was my favorite Chinese when living in DC and the quality and relative level of authenticiy is similar, although I might actually give the edge to Sunny Garden.) The Schezuan dumplings and beef with mango are both particularly good.
I can't listen to that much Wagner. I start getting the urge to conquer Poland.

I should probably add that there are lots of BYO places in NJ on account of some weird laws; residents of that state would be able to fill you in on the details, but suffice it to say that I've been to my fair share of BYO places in p'ton alone where the restaurant didn't even offer wine but would tell you where the closest wine store was.
