Best bet after 12 or so hours flying is to just walk around and stretch your legs. Narita is little more than a single runway with a gazillion 747's parked around a central bldg. Depending on your destination and its cuisine, you might want to down a bowl of pasta with red sauce at NRT on the way home. And if you're flying up front, the first class lounges for some airlines at least do have wireless, nice open bars, and a decent array of fresh foods. And of course you can pass through customs, get your passport stamped again, and pick up some cubans to smoke with me when you connect through Denver on the way home
