Had dinner at Paris today, upon the recommendations of GA and almost all of the winery personnel at the tasting rooms I visited today (Turley, Justin, Carmody-McKnight, and Tablas Creek).

In honor of the recently passed holiday, and at the risk of igniting the flames of those who are greener than I, I ordered the braised Easter bunny, with mushrooms, tarragon and spring vegetables, including those EB would have eaten before today. A fantastic dinner. For an appetizer, I ordered the salmon and fennel, which was good, but had a little too much pepper for my taste.

So far, the best meal I have had on this trip.

YOU ... BASTARD!

Next thing we know you'll be reporting on your dinner of braised Reindeer, and I DON'T WANT TO HEAR ABOUT IT!

Oh, and how were the wineries?

Cheers, y'all
