Wow! One of our best half dozen restaurant experiences ever in LA.
Sunday supper prix fixe. Absolutely delicious food, excellent, low-key service, great room/ambience, everything about the evening was exceptional. $16/bottle corkage, opened two stellar pinots -- '02 Hartford Arrendell followed by '03 Kosta Browne Cohn. The '02 Arrendell has been a favorite of ours for a while; first time tasting the '03 KB Cohn from bottle (barrel tasted a year and a half ago) -- a gorgeous wine!
Sorry it took us so long to getting around to trying Lucques. We'll be back soon.
