I'm going to be in Salt Lake City next week (10/24-26) for a conference. Staying at the Marriott. Any suggestions for where to get a great meal? I guess it would be too much to expect corkage or a great wine list.

Many places in UT allow corkage BUT you can only bring wine that has the Utah Liquor Control sticker on it (as it has to have been legally purchased in Utah)

If you get up to Park City at all, the best restaurant BY FAR there is Stein's in the Stien Erikson lodge. It's amazing. And it has a great wine list (expensive, but it's Utah), and a great sommelier. I can't wait to go out there this year just so we can go back!
