| Hey guys ... just waiting to get my flight booked. Once that's taken care of, we'll set up the dinner.
I'm hoping to be able to fly in Saturday, but flights aren't falling into place. If I can't fly in until Sunday, is a weeknight offline out of the question?

| | Depending on the date, we might just have to make the trek out there for this! | | | |

| Doooo eeeet! It'd be great to see you and Teri again, Eric!
Again, will post ASAP once my flight info is confirmed. It'll probably take me a couple days at least to get that taken care of as I'm in the classroom this week.

| The Waterboy is my favorite for food downtown or Enotria for the wine, but Masque in El Dorado Hills is outstanding for both food and wine. The previous chef returned to Valentino's but lately the food has been great; last time I had a Kosta Browne Russian River for $70 and pairing that with beef cheeks was fantastic.
For lunch spots try "la Bonne Soupe" where you can get great hot French bistro sandwiches (like leg of lamb or prosciutto/brie) with homemade bread and soups or Sellands Market.

| | I haven't but heard it is good - are they calling it "Irish Fusion"? I'm Irish and even I don't know what that is... | | | |

| I ate at Mulvaney's a few weeks ago and was very impressed. Very fun atmosphere inside but a warning - at night it is hard to find. Right in the middle of a dark block with no sign out front, so you must literally look for a building that looks like an old building and loan. Once I wandered around for a while trying to find it, the dining experience was well worth it. Along with Waterboy and Mason's, that small few-block area of downtown Sacramento is a very good destination. | | | |

| iti's in a converted firehouse (it says FD on a brass plaque on the building) right in the middle of the block. a bright red brick and mortar building.
patrick mulvaney has done a great job with it. | | Owner/Winemaker m2 Wines

| Hey all,
I started a thread in the events forum about offlining in March.
Hope we're able to get something organized.
