We never visit the region without at least one meal there. We had lunch and dinner there 16 days ago. The dinner:

Goat Cheese and Wild Mushroom Tart-
Well-done. Would order again.

House Cured Salmon-
Rich and tasty. Excellent.

Prosciutto Roasted Chicken over Risotto-
Excellent pairing. Very well-made. Don't miss an opportunity to try any risotto at this restaurant.

Smoked Breast of Duck-
Slow smoked, then roasted, served over potatoes and berries. I enjoyed this, but prefer breast of duck pan-seared with a pan reduction.

White Chocolate Raspberry Mousse-
Good but unremarkable. A little too light.

Vanilla Infused Mascarpone Tart-
Excellent!

I highly recommend this restaurant, with one reservation. The day we dined there the temperature was 98 degrees. The airconditioning in the restaurant couldn't quite cool the dining room sufficiently.
