Has anyone been to Enos or Bachanalia?

WDOT - Was at Bach 3 weeks ago. Be happy to answer any questions you might have.

Sorry, never been to Eno but hear good things.

We found Bacchanalia and Seegers to be two of our all-time most-overrated restaurants. I'd have to be paid to go back to either of them. Service was haughty, food mediocre, and wine lists severely over-priced. For a fraction of the cost, we had a better meal at South City Kitchen.

Although I disagree with B-O about Bacchanalia, you can't go wrong with South City Kitchen.

Here's a link to their menu:

South City Kitchen

I would also recommend Food Studio (part of the same restaurant group).

DdB, my comments are based on only one time at each of the three restaurants. I would return to South City Kitchen. I was impressed with their wine list. I believe we had a Stag's Leap Petite Syrah at a decent price. As for the other two, one burnt...

Board-O: I hear 'ya. Have not been to Seeger's for the reasons you cited, but have had great experiences at Bacchanalia. Granted, they are not giving anything away but I have found the experience to be worth the tariff especially for a special occasion.

Then again, just like wine, we all have different tastes.

WDOT- If you are going to be in Atlanta before the end of the month, a somewhat unadvertised special that you may want to take advantage of:

"In celebration of Pano's & Paul's 24th year, we're giving you a special gift. Join us for an incredible
four-course prix-fixe menu Mondays through Thursdays in March, and we'll treat you to wines that
pair perfectly with Executive Chef Gary Donlick's flavorful, inventive cuisine. Pano's & Paul's fine fare
and impeccable service has garnered attention forthe "Best! Food" and "Best Service" by Zagat Survey
and one of Atlanta's "Top 20 Restaurants" by Jezebel."

Price is $42 incl wine parings.
