| I have been traveling extensively for work as of late. I recently returned from Guatemala, India, and Nepal.
While in Guatemala City, I managed to make a quick 1 day trip to Antigua which is only 30 miles from GC. Antigua used to be the colonial capital of Guatemala many years ago. In any event, Antigua is a great gem to visit. It is unspoiled, and it keeps its charm, history, and beauty. Now, I can understand why Conde Nast and Travel&Leisure magazine give Antigue and its inns so many wonderful accolades.
Pat, Anil, and I plan to get some R&R in early Dec there!

| We had a very bad experience in Antigua and encountered unprovoked hostility on a couple of occasions. You couldn't pay me to go back. | | | |

| 6 or 7 years ago. I had been there on a cruise many years earlier without incident. | | | |
