Has anyone heard of this supposedly new trend in NY? Someone told me that high-end restaurants are selling high-end wine at only 10-20 over their cost. Seems too good to be true. Does anyone know if it is so and where?

I read an article in the Times the other week along these lines. The Times has a fee to access the original article, but I found a version of thearticle reprinted on another site. The article cites a few restaurants that are offering low mark-ups. It doesn't sound like it is a trend, but I for one hope it becomes one.
