I have to go to Boise for a conference (don't ask me why they are holding it there) in June. Is BYO permitted? Any place in Boise that is really good for a great meal?

Boise does indeed permit BYO. My step-daughter is a server at a very wine friendly establishment; The Red Feather. I believe it is in the down-town area.
