| I know... You're going to think I'm nuts... a fact of which I am proud!
I'll bring a whole bottle of nice wine to give to the Chef usually twice a year at places that I regular. It is an investment that always pays off ten-fold at least.
When I go to Lost Wages I always bring a bottle for the Chef. When one is in Vegas only two or three times a year it is difficult to get that little extra bit of service if you are just another face in the crowd. My bottle of wine for the Chef is my "calling card" and it does make me stand out in a crowd. And amazingly they remember from year to year.
