Every time I see this thread, it cuts off at "what to drink in the m" and I think to myself... Jesus, these guys are a bunch of alcoholics (What to drink in the morning). I guess it's always 5:00 somewhere, eh?

Noon has always been my benchmark except, of course, for sparking, bloody marys, or beer on the golf course.

Early AM is absolutely the best time of the day to taste wine.
