| So when you all say that you had the last half of a bottle you opened yesterday, what do you do to keep it those 24 hours?
Do you re-cork it and let it sit out? Do you put it in the refrig? Do you put it back in the cellar at 55'? Do you do all that stuff with the preservatives? Or what?
About how often is the wine better and how often has it turned to plonk? | | | |

| | I think we had this conversation before. BUT, I vinovac it and put it in the fridge. Most of the time, I forget to go back to it (unless it was a really good bottle. Then again, it is highly unlikely that if it were a really good bottle that there'd be any left. | |

| Half bottle and Vacu pump, then back to the cellar (unless it's white, that goes in the fridge)
