It's good to see you reunited with your banana. That's all the thanks I need!

Cheers, y'all

I switched bottles two years ago since the ones I first used where WAY too heavy and WAY too big. Well, I solved the heavy part, but the new bottles still didn't fit in everyone's racks. So.... I'm switching again. I've sent samples of the bottles off to folks who were having problems - and the new ones fit!!! And, I'm also switch from cork to synthetic this year. So no more bottles that don't fit, and no more corked wines from the Loring Wine Company.

See, someone is listening to our gripes!

Now Brian, can you have a talk with some of the neighbors?

I think my verdict is still out on synthetics... I am concerned about long term flavor imparting and also have had some low end germans recently that just did not seal well and were oxidized.

I would rather have stelvins but pure synthetics would be my second choice.

I've had a number of St. Francis wines with synthetics, and have yet to have a bad one.

I'd love to go to screw caps, but there's not a lot of good choices for burgundy shaped glass, and the re-tooling costs for my bottling line are prohibitive right now. So sythetics is the best I can do.
