I have one and I believe Winetex does too. Call them and as for a factory blem and you can save some coin. Hands down the greatest case ever. Keeps baggage monkeys from damaging it. Flown with it several times. No breakage, and insulated from heat and cold damage. | | | |

| | GA is right on the case. It's a bit awkward to carry because it's so square but gives me total peace-of-mind while traveling with wine. There's nothing like watching it come tumbling down the airline luggage ramp and watching people run away. <joke> Or having people in hotels stare at it wondering just what is inside. | Around two bills for the 12 750ml model with handle and wheels. An absolute neccesity for the big boy. Yes, it's a bit expensive but one bottle of good wine will cost you at least half that.

| I'm still debating on pulling the trigger on buying one of these but GA is right: spoil one top notch bottle and the cost is met. My big problem is adding the 17lbs on top of the wine weight when checking in. American WILL charge for excess weight.

Do you want it to travel on an airplane with? Or is it just to BYO when you go out to dinner.
I have a nylon insulated shoulder bag that holds six bottles that I use all the time. I also have a very nice leather saddlebag style that holds just two bottles.

| | if this is the same carrier that i have, which i believe that it is, the insulated portion holds four bottles, two apiece on the two outside pouches, with room for another two on the inner sleeve, but doesn't have an insulating pouch. good for restaurant runs as well as a handy carrier on weekend wine trips, provided each member of the posse has one. | | | |

I suppose including alink would have been helpful . It's the 6-bottle Platinum Carrying Case offered at IWA, $89. I love this thing! it holds 6 bottles, but be aware that it will only hold 4 larger bottles. I do believe that they offer a four and six bottle version as well.
