Opened for 1 hr. Nice complex aromas of red berries, plum, and that meaty beef stew I associate with CDP. Medium body with cherry, and more funky beef stew on the palate. The finish is a let down as there is way too much heat coming through. Other than that, this is a pretty decent wine for $6.00. I would recommend on decanting for 1hr. 87+
