| 2000 Casa Lapostolle Merlot Colchagua Valley Cuvée Alexandre (WIML86,WA89,WS89)
Tasted at a retail tasting so brief notes only. Tasted in Reidel restaurant styled stems, roughly a Syrah glass. "Sweaty" nose did not bode well for this wine. Singular fruit on the palate. Plum flavors. A bit too acidic. Glass staining color for this wine. Drink now. OK for the money I guess but not my cup of tea. Pass. | |
