Nose of fresh ripe pears. Intial taste of honey followed by white pepper, thyme and dried apricots. The finish is especially pleasing with a lingering of dried pears. In the glass it is medium bodied, not viscous or syrupy but slightly "sticky". Addictive! we're going to have to make a trip up to the winery for this one since it's only available at the winery.
Okay, this was our first attempt at posting tasting notes due to the fact that Davidn gave us the bottle only if we promised to post our findings. Thanks Davidn
