This was a bottle Dr. Tannin brought to dinner the other night. This was consumed during and after the dessert course. Plus, the super Dr. T let me take home the dregs.

This was a nice dessert wine. It paired rather well with crème brulee. It struck me with a sense of rose hips and a slightly cloying syrupiness without being bothersome. Faint nuttiness rounded it out. Nice.
