| - 2002 Château Climens - France, Bordeaux, Sauternais, Barsac (12/2/2005)
Opened and served immediately for Thanksgiving. Nice straw-colored medium bodied wine. Lemony and citrucy all at once. Sweet and racy with a hint of tartness near the end with a long finish. This will surely age well - very young right now but still enjoyable!
Yeah, I opened this way too early. But I wanted to give it a shot. This is from a split (375) which was our dessert wine for that night.
