| NV Emilio Lustau Pedro Ximénez Jerez San Emilio Solera Reserva (NOWA,NOWS recently)
Tasted September 17, 2005 at home with a dinner of Chocolate Custard Tartlets in Almond Cookie Crust with Saffron Ice Cream. Purchased from a local retailer for $25.49 per 750ml. Opened and served immediately in Spiegelau Authentis WeissWein glasses. Dark carmel, burnt sugar kind of color, almost brown. Nose was heavy carmel covered apples. Flavors were sorghum, carmalized sugar and chocolate. Very viscuous and a little cloying but still it reminds me of a vintage PX. Recommended. | | Joe ----- Wine is like potato chips around me...if it's open, it's gone. | |

| | About a whole month later, we get around to finishing this bottle and it was incredible. As stated before, sorghum and chocolate. | | | |
