Made from passito Zibibbo grapes. Golden yellow colour. Aromas of honey, apricot, peaches. Medium-bodied with replays from notes. Good acidity to offset sweetness. Nice finish, 30s, with honey notes. 88 points (04/02/2005). | | |

| Medium-gold to clear rim. Aromas of vanilla, ginger, honey, wet stone, orange blossoms, lemon rind. Full-bodied and unctuous. Nice acidity. Orange rind, orange blossom, honey, spice (cardamom, nutmeg, ginger), and vanilla notes on the palate. Moderate-long finish, 40s, with lemon rind, orange blossom, and honey notes. 89 points (04/23/2005). | | | |

| I find that Passito di Pantelleria's benefit from time in the bottle. I had a 1999 a couple of months ago and it was easily a low 90's pt wine. If you get the chance try one from 1999.
