| 100% Garganega. Would be labeled Recioto di Soave I Capitelli if Anselmi still produced wines under the appellation name.
From 375mL. Honey gold colour. Aromas of peaches, apricots, honey, vanilla, white flowers, mango. Medium-sweet, like drinking liquid peaches, white flowers, hint of ginger and orange rind. Moderate finish, 25-30s with peaches, apricots. Needs more acidity to be better. 89 points (02/26/2005). | | | |
