| Tasted at theJanuary, 2005 BAWE Liore Tasting....
Really lovely stuff, with a deep nose of minerals and pears. Outstanding balance on the palate, with nice sweetness offset by refreshing acidity, finishing long with spicy notes. My #1 of the flight, 94 points. | | | |

| | Interesting. I did not like Moncountour's sec vouvray much at all when I tried it. I do have a soft spot for Vouvrays, especially the Moulleux since we had a fantastic time visiting there in 2002. | | | |
