| Notes from vintner Martin Pasler: “The Trockenbeerenauslese “C” is a single variety cuvée of Chardonnay which is very well balanced. Elegant botrytis notes pair with clean fruit, resulting in a soft and creamy dessert wine. Barrel fermented in small oak barrique, 112.5 liter, for 1 year and 10 months. It is great now with an even bigger future.”
from Wine Enthusiast Magazine: This Chardonnay-based TBA boasts rich pear and dried apricot aromas that carry a hint of volatility, followed by a wine that tastes like pear nectar, with nuances of apricot and tangerine. Mouthwatering acidity keeps the finish lively.
from A La Carte: Compact nose, a lot of depth, the notes are a little closed still, berry confit, dense and long.
from Tastings.com: Deep, brilliant golden hue. Lush, leesy brown spice aromas show an integrated oak accent. A rich entry leads to a silky, hedonistic, full-bodied palate with good sweetness. A lush, generous barrique aged, botrytised Chardonnay that will develop with mid-term cellaring.

| I was asked on one of my other tasting notes to include the price of the bottle, so I am now doing this for all of my TN's.
This bottle retails for: $35.00
