| | 1985 Croft Vintage Port -- some of this showed up in our market last year at around C$60 (750 ml), so I took a chance on a couple of bottles. Better than I expected from this house's mediocre reputation, though still not up to the top tier of this vintage. Medium-sweet and reasonably intense with good licorice and plum flavors, medium-to-long finish. 20.5% alc/vol, but almost no heat. Walks the line around 89-90 pts. | | | |
