| | Enjoyed at the Dec 28 Denver Offline. Double-decanted about 11 hrs prior to consumption time, but tasted great from even the earliest "sneak-peak" after breakfast that morning. Purple-black coloring and a flowery-raison aroma you could smell from another room. Extremely smooth with supple tannins and layer up layer of wonderful flavors. Fruity, sweet and extremely well-put together and integrated. Very drinkable now but clearly has the ability to sit around for another twenty years or so. Glad I have a few more bottles! | | | |

| Tasted at the Vitis Vinifera and jonnlisa dinner in Denver on Sunday, December 28, 2003.
Not tasted blind.
On this wine, I will defer to davidandrose’s notes. I highly enjoyed this wine, but at this point of the night, I was no longer assigning ratings.
