| Is this different from Taylor Fladgate?
I've had a '97 Taylor Fladgate LBV going for the last week or so, and it's flavor profile is exactly as you describe. It's very soft, as well. | | | |

| a little "hot" is right, i just had a glass for after dinner at a new restaurant and i was a little disappointed with it. it was either a bad or old bottle or just not very good.
maybe i should just stick with vintage ports and enjoy it as i hate it when you leave with a bad taste.

| 1998 is over here now but I don't have any room to pick some up. There's also the much sweeter Graham's 1997 at the fantastic price of £7 per bottle. I tend to alternate them but keep peering at my mini vintage collection and thinking that I should crash them rather than the LBVs.
