| What this port lacks in complexity, it makes up in its wonderful, velvety texture and purity of fruit. Aromatically it is a little closed right now, but it drank well nonetheless. A nice after dinner drink to sip on the porch. It is much better than a lot of other ruby ports I have tried in the same price range. Purchased for $15, this is my 5th or 6th bottle tried and still very nice.

| | Thanks for the note, I've still got quite a bit of this as well, I really liked it last year, great QPR IMHO. Not quite port weather around here though.... | | | |

Quinta do Noval is my favorite LBV Port. Being unfiltered, its' not as sweet and syruppy as some of the others.
I love a little port after dinner also, but can't afford VP for every day drinking (just special occasions).
LBV Port and a cigar after dinner...yummmmmmmmm! | | | |
