| At first bite, seemed overly sweet and one-dimensional, but after a few sips, opened up more layers of raisiny-caramel apple, pecan-pie, a tinge of smokiness and rich, warm, woody 'cask' aromas. Needs some cheese or something to go wtih it though ....
