At first bite, seemed overly sweet and one-dimensional, but after a few sips, opened up more layers of raisiny-caramel apple, pecan-pie, a tinge of smokiness and rich, warm, woody 'cask' aromas. Needs some cheese or something to go wtih it though ....
Could have left this in bottle for many more years and would definitely buy another.

The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has it's limits...
ps - friends don't let friends eat farmed salmon.
