I just got these wines from my brother (my shipping address in CA) last week. They most likely haven't settled completely from shipping.

The wine is a clear, deep lemon color with little to no water at the rim. Aromas of grilled pineapple and carmel push from the glass forcefully. Medium to full in body with a creamy texture, the wine possesses lots of pineapple, pine and carmel. A hint of tar lingers in the long finish. Well balanced wine with acidity to match the flavor level. jb Rating 91.

This actually might be the best Brewer Clifton Chard that I have tasted. While I have loved all the PN's I have tasted from them, the Chardonnays have left me not as impressed. The 3 2001's that I have had have all seemed hot to me. This one hides the alcohol level better and the wine is all the better for it.
