An unfortuante step down in quality for a bottling that has been consistently excellent year in and year out. Little of the trademark tropical notes, with much more lemon than pineapple. Steely and thin compared to prior years. Not a bad wine, but certainly not what you would expect from their flagship wine.  Parker scored this 93 pts, and Laube gave it 88. I must side with JL on this one. Perhaps my remaining bottles will be better.
