2004 Walter Hansel Winery Chardonnay Cahill Lane - USA, California, Sonoma County, Russian River Valley (4/11/2007) WIMLNR,WA91,NOWS Tasted April 11, 2007 at an offline. Opened and served immediately in a Spiegelau Authentis Balloon Magnum glass. Yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Strong aromas of sulphur that never fully disapated even two hours after opening. Bottle was obviously flawed in some manner. Rating withheld. *NR (flawed)*

Hmm, we noticed the same thing on a different Hansel chard at a wine dinner. Check this out

Tricia loves this stuff. I is our latest "house" Chard. It could easily pass for a white Burgundy.
