| - 2006 Robert Foley Pinot Blanc - USA, California, Napa Valley (3/1/2007)
Straw colored, some effervescence. Lively flavors of lemon zest, honeysuckle and other flowers, and apricots. A bit of sweetness makes this a good match for spicey foods this year but enough acidity allows it to be refreshing on its own. Decant and serve at only a few degrees cooler than cellar temperature. I opened this just a couple of days after its arrival from Foley. Bottled with screw cap. (90 pts.)
