Stored since release at 55-57F. Served with seared foie gras with pears
and apples in a balsamic reduction, and other assorted appetizers.

Cork was perfect. Not a lot of thrown sediment.

The PM was singing. Excellent clarity, and beautifully aged. Lots of tropical fruits, and honeyed citrus.
Full bodied and long clean finish. At its peak, but probably could last another couple years. 96 pts.
