A vibrant, crystal clear golden color, this wine opens with aromas of flint, citrus, and interesting tropic fruit notes. Sharp and crisp, with a nice muted anise flavor, plenty of citrus, and tangy acidity, this also has a background light creaminess to it. Not for the butter-loving crowd, but a good example of this style. Acidic on the med-short finish, 88 points – drink now-2006.
