| Gimblett Gravels based winery.
A very dense wine with forward cherry and cassis notes. Oak use became evident as the wine absorber a little more air with smokey notes coming through. This wine was very clean on the palate reflecting excellent handling of fruit and use of oak. Nice elegant and liungering finish. Good stuff, but don't bother to cellar. 90 points. | | | |
