2002 Seresin Sauvignon Blanc
Marlborough, New Zealand

Served at the July 23rd North Texas Winos Tasting Dinner at Amici’s Signature Italian in Carrollton, Texas.

Wine was opened and served immediately with no decanting. Color was light. Nose was fresh cut grass with a hint of pineapple on the end. Flavors were a lemon-lime citrus. Light and crisp quaffer for evenings on the patio. 87 points. Drink now.

Wine is like potato chips around me...if it's open, it's gone.
