| The colour is clear with a pale greenish tone around the rim. Huge nose that hits you with almost an artificial fullness to it, gooseberry, with a hint of cream and lime.
Quite a pleasant, fresh, acid yet fruity taste of lime/grapefruit, grass and berries. Summer comes to mind. Not so full on the taste though. On the other hand a long, quite balanced, finish with a soft acid roundness.
Nice wine which would be better if it wasn’t below zero degrees outside. | | | |
