2003 Matua Valley Sauvignon Blanc. Marlborough, New Zealand. 13% alcohol. $10.
Finished with a screw cap (just like all inexpensive white wines should be). Pale straw colored wine with clean and crisp scents of lime and pink grapefruit. Lots of flavor on the palate and it’s acidity is held in check. Stone, lime, and grapefruit are discernable flavors. Drink now - probably past its pull date. 85 points.
