well, i was trying to last awhile without cheese, or wine. what is it now, like the 28th or 29th of january already? wheh, that was hard.

tonight: delice de france camembert with grapes and walnuts.

What's up with no cheese and wine? Are you develpoing a lactose and alcohol intolerance?

I bought these cheeses because I thought we would go hiking this weekend but didn't due to weather/illness...but we still ate the cheese indoors:

Vella Daisy Cheddar (pasteurized)-Somewhat mellow and a nice texture. Probably pairs better with beer.

We picked up Shropshire the other day from Whole Foods. If you like Stilton, you'll like it.
