I have this wine and I usually drink Red wine. What is a good meat eater meal that pairs well with this wine? I don't like Lamb or Fish. Thanks Jeremy

Well you could have it as a cocktail wine and then move on to a red with your food; or if you really want to pair it with meat look at chicken and veal. Of course you need to make sure your cooking methods, sauces and sides all focus the dish to Chardonnay an not towards a red wine.

You could also pair pork with it very well. I'd try a pork chop w/ Apples sauted in butter and onions, hit it with a little thyme and grind in a little fresh nutmeg, clove, or cinnamon.

Believe it or not, drink it with a filet mignon if you wish. This is full rich chardonnay and works rather well with simply prepared rich beef. I had lunch once with the wine director of Chalk Hill where he paired a petite filet with the Chalk Hill Chard. It was served with a little fresh lighly buttered pasta/fresh beans/herbs on the side. Very nice.
