Hit Billy's BBQ in Lexington, KY (not NC!) and had:

BBQ Mutton
St. Louis Style Ribs
Baked Beans
Southern Green beans
Kentucky Ale, Bourbon Barrel aged
Kentucky Ale

Going to pop!  Billy's was a GREAT stop, especially if you're looking for something a bit more casual...

Yikes! I wouldn't have your cholesterol checked right now if I were you!  Way to support the local fishermen though!

What is so hard about getting the ability to post pictures back? I much rather like seeing what's for dinner than reading what's for dinner....

It was a Latin American night in heaven at La Duni's last night:

I had a roasted half chicken with champagne, green orange-citrus and Pan Jus Mojo, Garlic white rice, pampero black beans and plantains

I also had a bite of the carne asada arrachera which is a lime-garlic marinated and grilled prime skirt steak. It was mind numbingly good.

The Torta Cubana (their Cuban sandwich) is a grilled french baguette with sliced tomatoes, gruyere cheese, baby swiss, honey ham, roasted pork loin, pickles, mayo and mustard. It was excellent.

Finished off the night with the Venezuelan Triple Chocolate Cake.
