The most insane NY Waygu strip steak I've ever had. I'd show you, but I can't figure out how to post pics on this new software.

But I don't want to "cut" it from its current location.  Why doesn't "copy" and "paste" work??

Try "right click" for copy instead of keystrokes. For some reason it makes a difference.

Vietnames crepes=banh xeo

I find the combination of soy sauce and fish sauce to be perfect for banh xeo.

Last night we had sloppy joes

1 ½ pound of lean ground beef
1 chopped yellow onion
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 ½ cup of ketchup
3 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
2-3 tbsp of brown sugar
3 tbsp of yellow mustard
Hamburger buns

Brown the beef over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.Â
Add onions and bell peppers.Â
Season with salt and pepper.Â
Cook until vegetables soften.Â
Add ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, mustard.Â
Simmer until slightly thick for 10 minutes.Â
Spoon over split toasted hamburger buns.
