| I had it in Peru, with Chilean Cab and I don't think Pinot would do a trick.
When gunea pig is spiced well, it NEEDS heavy cab to cut thru it.
If for some mishap the pieces is NOT seasoned well, it tastes like a rat.
Incidentaly,
gunea pig is what Jesus had for the Last Super..
acording to the painting in the Cusco Cathedral.
