| Last night cooked overnight the previous night: Carolina Pulled Pork sandwiches-yum!
Dumped all ingredients into a stock pot, cooked overnight: 3 tablespoons coarsely ground black pepper 3 tablespoons (packed) dark brown sugar 3 tablespoons paprika 2 tablespoons coarse salt 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 3 pounds of pork loin 2 cups apple cider vinegar 1 cup water 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper 1 tablespoon coarse salt
Pull pork BY HAND...
Topped off with Susie's Hot sauce on a seeded bun | | | |

| Made a new batch of chili to spice up an old batch:
Lean ground beef 5 chopped chili peppers (the greenish-yellow kind) 5 chopped jalepenos Canned diced tomatoes Bottle of Wheat Beer Half a bottle of Pumpkin Ale 2 cans of kidney beans 6 tbs of chili powder Several teaspons of Susie's Hot Sauce

| Bella.glad to see you're a fan of Susie's- the best hot sauce I have ever had. Not just heat, plenty of flavor. Great in soups too, really clears out the old sinuses!

It's only been 2 weeks and 3/4 of the bottle is gone What am I going to do???

| Sat night birthday dinner: Babe's fried chicken (supposedly the best fried chicken in the South named by Southern Living), southern biscuits with sorghum and butter, green beans, the most awesome creamed corn ever, mashed potatoes. Good lord...southern eating is why statins were invented
