This is just irresistable combination for me. Had it in Maine, fresh off the stove lobsters and steamers, bone dry Champagne, just perfect pairing and simple too.

River Chickens and Champers......always a good choice. Were those pictures on Mt. Desert Island or up in the Camden hills?

I think the bubbly is the ONLY thing to have with lobster.
