| Inspired from Bob Summers' last fantastic post, I marinated some lamb chops with whole grain mustard, kosher salt & freshly ground pepper, evoo, and chopped rosemary. Served it with a side of steamed jasmine rice and broccoli. Delicious, and thanks Bob for the idea! | | | |

| it was good. tasted like cucumber with a bit of avacado in it. Realy thick consistancy. refreshing though
i might step up the cumin... and maybe the lemon and scallion... give it a bit more punch... OH ya know what? i forgot the tabasco. that might help. duh.
i'll try that first... might be just what it needs... | | | |

| Grilled Yellowfin I'm already hungry for tomorrow night - Highland's Bar and Grill in B'ham to celebrate the 3-0. If you haven't heard of it, Highland's is consistently rated one of the top restaurant's in the country. Frank Stitt, the chef, is a genius. You should check out his cookbook, it's one of my staples. | | | |

| Ribs at Lobsterman's. I know what your thinking but they are always really good. Tonight I may have to put them to shame at Red Bones in Davis Sq. I've been jonesing some Memphis ribs and hush puppies lately....wash it all down with PBR on tap. Not a bad way to end a busy as hell week. | | | "It's better to have your enemies inside the tent pissing out, then outside the tent pissing in." -- Lyndon Johnson | |
