Too lazy to search - can anyone recommend a web company that sells imported Italian cured meats? If so, what have you bought and how was the quality?

Thanks in advance.

Tex, can't you get them in an Italian specialty store in your area? If not, you'll probably have to buy in large quantities. There are places near me that have all kinds of dry sausages and prosciutto.

Italian is not the big thing down here. Maybe everything but... I did not think the quality of the ones I bought locally was as good as they could be. I thought maybe there is something like Lobel's or Dean and Deluca that might be interesting to try.

Oh, yum. Is there anything in particular you are buying there? Or just standing around drooling?

Keep an eye here -Salumi. Looks like you can order salame now, with other stuff coming out soon. The panchetta is amazing!!!

There are few places that make better stuff than Salumi...
